My own family loves to eat meat! Oh boy, if flesh is not oozing juices from their plates, they feel a meal is not complete! But with some searching, I found I could get protein from mushrooms, sweet potatoes, radishes, beets, carrots, and watermelon. It is shocking just how many foods have protein, which are not flesh.
