Tempeh – is also made from soybeans, specifically, from fermented soybeans. Though it may not sound delicious from its description but the product is a tasty and nutty. Tempeh is often served sliced and can be eaten as it is.

Pastas – pasta are made from flour and water. There are also whole grain products such as spaghetti and macaroni that are made out from whole meat, spinach, artichokes and corn.

Fruits – Apples are the best fruits for this as well as the citrus fruits. Eat fruits during breakfast and be sure they are fresh.

Legumes – these are dry beans and peas. Excellent choices for this includes garbanzos, black and red beans, and lentils.

Grains – Whole grains such as oats, brown rice and whole wheat are the best example for this. Eat as many as you can.

Nuts and Seeds – source of good fats and other good things.
