So, there you are. You’re some schlub trying to eat healthy. And by eat healthy, you don’t want to become too fat.
So, you go on the internet and the insanity you find is the sort of stuff the American Heart Association gets paid by cereal manufacturers to promulgate, and as regurgitated by the retards at Everyday Health.
For my own edification, I found Dr. Tim Ferriss’s blog and he was talking about Georges St.
Pierre’s diet. He’s in shape, right?
His diet is:
Georges’ baseline menu is about 3200-3500kcal per day, with around 250 grams of protein, 350 grams of carbs, and 100 grams of fat. PW meals are higher in protein and carbs, while being lower in fat, and eaten right after workouts. AT meals are higher in protein and fat, while being low in carbs.
Contrast the diet recommended by real dieticians for your likely body type (and you’re probably a doughy endomorph):
Endomorphs — around 35%p, 25%c, 40%f
40 percent fat…wha wha what????
yup. All you low fat fools, munching on your whole grain bars are suckers.
Lean fish, my butt.
