With 30 minutes invested 3-4 days a week, you can keep at your current weight. If you are not an active individual, then starting up an exercise regimen will help you lose weight and improve your overall health.

6. What are the fees involved? Will the cost fit your budget? Certainly, it will cost you, however you do not have to go broke to get a decent and successful  diet   plan .
